We at Irish Taylor & Co are a growing start-up and we provide high-quality technology consulting, IT training solutions and recruitment services throughout India and Australia. Ideally, you should be an experienced sales specialist who wants to work in a startup environment and take responsibility to drive sales to grow the company in the Australian markets, growth in the US market shortly. You should be well-versed and experienced in digital sales and online marketing. If you aren’t experienced in sales, we will train you if you demonstrate a passion for sales in our company. You should have good Australian accent to communicate with Australian clients and good command of English language. We have a three-month probationary period. This position has a base + commission arrangement.


  • Responsible for sales lead generation for our products and services offered by Irish Taylor & Co including its projects, brands and subsidiaries.
  • Qualify leads from public sources, purchased leads lists, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Cold / warm calling expert – with international leads and customers. Must
  • 3-4 years of sales calling, lead generation sales experience.
  • Mainly B2B but this role can include B2C for our training/software projects.
  • This role may include calls to Australia and USA markets – depending on the negotiated arrangement.
  • Development of new corporate accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
  • Co-ordination with our internal Marketing Specialist, Directors for full marketing campaign planning.
  • Professional business email writing skills
  • Ability to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to the company for their project and resource needs
  • Ability to submit proposals to the client utilising a broad knowledge of Irish Taylor & Co and its affiliates’ service offerings, performing all activities including discovery, facilitation, full sales cycle support, proposals, closing and client onboarding support
  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others in a flexible environment
  • Be able to maintain self-motivation, work independently and with integrity.
  • Work from office with minimal supervision


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent Business writing, speaking, critical thinking, and creative skills
  • Familiarity with all aspects of social media, online sales tools and lead generation techniques
  • Basic understanding of web lead generation via inbound marketing campaigns
  • Familiar with Marketing campaigns, Google analytics and Google Ads experience
  • Ability to learn technology rapidly, undergo sales training online, and remotely.
  • Experience in CRM systems such as Zoho Bigin, Zoho CRM, Hubspot, Freshworks, Salesforce, or Dynamics CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and capable of multi-tasking
  • Outgoing and charismatic personality for sales
